Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years current paid work experience in the field they are seeking. Consistent work history in a medical related field, 3-5 professional references and be a registered United States citizen.

Our interview process is thorough and confidential. HealthCare Scouts’ extensive screening, assessment, and interview process is uniquely tailored to each candidate. We assess your skills and knowledge, along with your personality and long range career goals. Because direct placement is our primary goal, you can rest assured knowing we’re hard at work, focused on creating the best career match possible. Additionally, we always maintain the strictest standards of confidentiality throughout the entire process.
How does direct hire placement through HealthCare Scouts work?
We partner with our clients to define the specific job requirements along with any customized screening process for each direct hire position offered by our clients. Since our clients pay us the fee there is no charge to you for our professional services. Our recruiting experts will coordinate all screening and interview process for you in conjunction with the client to determine candidate selection for the job. If you are selected as the candidate of choice, you will receive an offer from the client directly and begin your first day on the client’s payroll as their direct hire employee.

How does contract or contract-to-hire placement through HealthCare Scouts work?
Like direct hire placements, we partner with our clients to define the specific job requirements along with any customized screening process for each contract or contract-to-hire opportunity. Our recruiting experts will coordinate all screening and interview process for you in conjunction with the client to determine candidate selection for the job. If you are selected for the contract or contract-to-hire assignment, a start date is defined. You will become a Contract Associate employee of HealthCare Scouts and will receive your payroll from us as your employer of record.
What happens once I’m hired as a HealthCare Scouts contract employee?
Congratulations and welcome aboard! You will receive a new hire welcome email from our HR support staff with detailed instructions on processing your new hire paperwork. Please be aware that any drug, background or employee required paperwork must be completed within the specified deadlines in order to remain qualified and compliant to our quality compliance protocols.
I don’t have a timecard, what should I do?
Provided we have all required paperwork received and complete, you will receive your username and password within three days of starting our assignment. We run an electronic timekeeping system. Your timecard entry will be done online each week. Timecards must be submitted by you and approved by your supervising manager each week on Monday no later than 10am EST. When is payroll processed?
Payroll is processed on a weekly basis upon the timely receipt of your completed, signed and approved eTime timecard. Checks will automatically be direct deposited into your bank account once your eTime timecard is received and processed. Each work week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday.
